John has spent his entire career in the water & wastewater market. With over 40 years of experience in the industry John has learned the importance of collaboration between the city, engineer and contractor and has built the company around this core principle.

Jessica earned a B.A. in International Management from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2009 and has worked full time at Municipal Builders since 2010.

Nate is our Head of Operations as well as a project manager and estimator. Nate graduated from MSU Mankato in 2008 with a B.S. in Construction Management.

Cody started his tenure at Municipal Builders working summers in the field during high school and college. After graduating from MSU Moorehead in 2014 with a B.S. in Construction Management Cody transitioned to a project coordinator in the office and worked his way up to a full-time project manager and estimator.

Chris graduated from South Dakota State University in 1998 with a B.S degree in Construction Management. He has over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry all with Municipal Builders, Inc.
