Design Build

Municipal Builders has completed three design / build projects for the Mdewakanton Sioux Community in Shakopee, MN. (Owners of the Mystic Lake Casino). All three of the projects were part of their drinking water system, the last of which was a large gravity filter plant addition to their main water treatment plant.

We at Municipal Builders feel that we are in a very unique position to promote an efficient, cost effective design due to our many years of experience in water treatment work. We bring to the table 30 years worth of water treatment experience with a multitude of engineers and municipalities. We have the ability to look at each area of the construction project and value engineer cost saving measures while maintaining peak operational efficiency.

Municipal Builders encourages the design build process and anticipates that it will be utilized to a greater extent on future projects.
